- Judicial Accountability and Democracy
- Food Security, Food Inflation and the Public Distribution System
- What the Next Five Year Plan should Focus upon – Five Priority Items
- Information Technology for the Masses: Bridging the Digital Divide
- It should be based on personal research or experience of the competitors
- Show evidence of original thinking and scholarship as well as a critical analysis of the subject.
- Broad generalizations should be avoided.
Note: Any essay which receives an award shall become the joint intellectual property of the author and IIPA.
