Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening only will be called for personal interview. Date, Time and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates in E-mail / HAL Website / by Post. Candidates, staying beyond 30 miles away and attending Personal Interview will be paid to and fro TA (Rail fare) by the shortest route on production of proof of travel as per rules of the company. Candidates short listed for Interview are required to bring the Certificates / Documents (Original and attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, Training, Disability (As applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge book (As applicable) etc and passport size photographs at the time of Interview.
GRADE – I
Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening only will be called for Written Test. Candidates qualified in the written test only will be called for personal interview. Date, Time and Venue of the Written Test / Interview will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates in E-mail / HAL Website / Post. Candidates, staying beyond 30 miles away and attending Personal Interview will be paid to and fro TA (Rail fare) by the shortest route on production of proof of travel as per rules of the company. How to apply: Applications should be submitted strictly ‘ONLINE’ only by logging on HAL website. Applications will not be accepted in any other mode. The website will be kept open between 1100 hours on 15.06.2011 till 2400 hours on 30.06.2011 for this purpose. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and Application once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances. Candidates are required to possess a valid E-mail ID, which is to be entered in the Application Blank, so that intimation regarding downloading of call letter for Written Test / Interview can be sent. HAL will not be responsible for bouncing of E-mail sent to the candidate. Candidates other than SC/ST and PWD are required to furnish the details of application fees payment in order to register their application online.
On submission and acceptance of application, system will generate the Registration / Acknowledgement form along with the Application reference number allotted, which will be used for future references. The candidate is required to take print out of the Acknowledgement form in A4 size paper only and attach the HAL Challan copy for having paid the prescribed application fees (all requisite information should be furnished in the Challan) and forward the same to the following address as mentioned against each post, subscribing on the envelop, in bold, the post applied for, discipline and advertisement No. so as to reach latest by 05.07.2011. The printed Registration / Acknowledgement form and HAL challan copy should be forwarded to the concerned address only as mentioned below against each post.
The printed Registration / Acknowledgement form should accompany original counterfoil of the Challan (HAL Copy) for having paid the application fee (Wherever applicable). If the application form is not enclosed with the original Challan, the application will be rejected and no communication will be sent to the candidates.
