Selection process: Selection is based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination (100 multiple choice questions (MCQ) with 50% weightage) and marks in qualifying PG Degree (with 50% weightage).

How to apply: The cost of application is Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC / ST on submission of copy of Community certificate). Application and Prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar, Alagappa University, Karaikudi on written requisition by mentioning the subject of MPhil program along with a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "THE REGISTRAR, ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY" Payable at "KARAIKUDI".
