Category 1
B Tech- Computer Science & Engineering, Information & Communication Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering:

• Minimum 60 % marks in High School (10th) examination
• Minimum 60 % marks in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any Board in India or its equivalent from any other country
• Qualified in JEE/AIEE/SAT  examination

Category 2
BTech- Biotechnology:

• Minimum 60 % marks in High School (10th) examination
• Minimum 60 % marks in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Minimum 60 % marks in Physics, Chemistry  and Mathematics or Minimum 60 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and Mathematics from any Board in India or its equivalent from any other country
• Qualified in NU conducted on-line entrance examination
