Eligibility:
For M. E. (Civil) with Construction Management Subjects: Candidates for being eligible for admission to the Master of Engg. in Civil Engg. must have obtained the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Construction branch of Mumbai University or the Degree of Bachelor of Engg. in Civil/Construction branch of any other University recognized as equivalent to Bachelor of Engineering Degree of Mumbai University or must have passed the examination conducted by the Institution of Engineers (India) and qualify to become A.M.I.E. (India).
For M. E. (Mechanical) with Machine Design Subjects: Candidates who have obtained Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering of Mumbai University or any other university recognized as equivalent to Bachelor of Engineering degree of Mumbai University or must have passed Examination conducted by Institution of Engineers (India) in Mechanical Engineering and qualify to become A.M.I.E. (India) are also eligible for Master of Engineering (Mechanical) with Thermal Engineering Subjects. (Full Time)
Sponsored Category: The candidates should at least have 55% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission. However the minimum percentage of marks is not applicable for those who are teachers in Engineering College or Polytechnics joined before 20-09-1989. The candidates must have minimum of 2 years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/educational and/or research institute/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
