Programme: Management Development Programme
Duration: August 18-September 7, 2011 (both days inclusive)
Fully residential programme: All participants are expected to stay in the Academy’s well-furnished Halls of Residence/Scientists’ Home. The participants will incur an average expenditure of 450 per day, towards board and lodging.
Broad areas to be covered in the programme:
- Leadership and personality development
- Research and technology management
- Information and knowledge management
- Administration and finance management
Programme highlights:
- Consits of lectures, self-exploration instruments, case analysis, experiential learning, and group discussion. Visits to some of the institutions and industry would also be arranged.
- Provision of excellent opportunities for mutual interaction and information sharing among the participants.
Eligibility: Heads of Divisions and other senior-functionaries, who are in the pre-RMP cadre of the organization and who are responsible for leading various activities at their level, would participate in this programme.
Programme Fee: Payment of Rs.10,000 should be sent through a demand draft, drawn in favour of ‘ICAR Unit Account – NAARM’, and payable at Hyderabad, along with the completed nomination form. (No fee for participants from ICAR institutes).
