Pay scale: Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/-
Eligibility:

• Secondary School (X class pass) and
• 3 years Diploma in Catering or equivalent from an institution recognized by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India/ State Govt.
                                                  OR
• Passed Sr. Secondary (Class XII) from CBSE with Hotel Management and Catering as Vocational subject and at least one year experience in catering   
                                                 OR
• Passed Sr. Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent and one year diploma in catering or equivalent from a recognized institution with 3 years experience in catering in reputed Institutions/ Hotels
                                                  OR
• Trade proficiency certificate in catering with a minimum of 10 years service in Defence Services of regular establishment (for  ex-serviceman only).

Age: 35 years as on September 20, 2011. Age relaxation is admissible as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection process: On the bais of ritten test/ Interview.
