Position: Contractual Office Assistants on purely contract basis

Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent

IT qualification: Well versed in MS-Word and Excel, Typing speed over 30 words per minute (Certificate to be enclosed for the same)

Typing speed: 30 words per minute in English

Salary: Rs. 9000/-per month

Age: Between 18-27 years (For SC/ ST candidates 18 - 32 years)

• Application containing name, father’s name, Date of Birth, Residential address, Educational qualification, experience details of IT qualification & telephone/mobile number etc.
• on plain paper, should be submitted by hand in R&I Branch (main gate of the complex) at the above mentioned office address. The application should be accompanied by two passport size photographs pasted along with attested photocopies of all documents relating to residential address, date of birth, educational qualification, experience and IT qualification etc.

The schedule of submitting the application and the various steps involved in the selection procedure is as follows:-

• Receipt of application complete in all respects: On September 5, 2011 upto 4:00 P.M.
• Display of list of short listed candidates (to appear for written test/skill test) at the notice Board of this office: September 7, 2011 at 4:00 P.M.
• Date of written test/skill test: September 10, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. onwards
• Display of list of selected candidates who appear for type test/skill test at the Notice Board of this office: September 13, 2011 at 4:00 P.M.
• Interview, if required: September 14, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. onwards
• Display of result of Finally selected candidates: September 15, 2011 at 4:00 P.M.

NOTE:

• The appointment can be discontinued without any notice/reason whatsoever at the discretion of Deputy Commissioner (South West).
• No claim for continuation or regular appointment to the post will be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever. No TA/ DA will be admissible for attending the test.
