Indian Inst. of Forest Mgmt: PG Diploma in Forestry Management

The sectoral management institute, IIFM offers education in the areas of forest, environment and natural resources management and allied sectors.

Programme highlights: The PFM programme offers dual specialization which comprises both major specialization; and minor specialization.

  • Conservation and Livelihood (C&L)

  • Developmental Management (DM)

Eligibility:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PD) or equivalent CGPA.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year graduation examination are also eligible to apply.

Selection process: Interested candidates have to appear for a Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs. The shortlisted candidates on the basis of CAT score will be called for an group discussion followed by interview.
