Dibrugarh University invites applications for M.A. in Performing Arts (Sattriya Dance) Programme for the academic session 2011-2012.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (Dance Specialization)/ Sattriya Dance/ Indian Classical Dance from Dibrugarh University or any University recognized by Dibrugarh University.
• Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (in specialization other than dance) may also apply for admission to the Programme. However, they shall have to qualify in an entrance test conducted by the University.
• Graduates of any stream having special training in Sattriya Dance by any traditional school/ institute or having recognition of performing or teaching Sattriya Dance in national or state level may also apply for admission. They  will have to qualify in an entrance test conducted by the University.

How to apply:

• Application form along with the Information Brochure can be obtained on payment of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University on payment of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only in the University Cash Counter.
