How to apply: Candidates are supposed to fill up the admission form in the college. They should bring the following documents in original along with their photocopies in duplicate, attested by a gazetted officer/Principal:

• Allotment Letter
• 10th Certificate & Marksheet
• 12th Certificate & Marksheet
• Transfer Certificate in case of those who have passed 12th class from UP Board
• Migration Certificate in case of those who have passed 12th class from other than UP Board
• Affidavit if there is any gap in study.
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC Only).
• Character Certificate.
• Medical Certificate 9 & 10 issued by CMO.
• Domicile certificate of Father.
• Fee Receipt(Deposited at counseling centre).
• Fee Receipt(Deposited at the college).
• Passport size photograph 5 colored and 5 black & white
• Self addressed envelops (10’x4”) duly affixed with Rs- 5/-postage stamps each
• Affidavit on Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly notarized (Undertaking for admission, UGC Annexure-I Signed by the students, UGC Annexure-II Signed by the parents)
