- Register at FMS, BHU through separate application form which has to be obtained from FMS, BHU, Varanasi from September 1, either in person against crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) /Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 650 for SC/ST) till November 26 or, by post through a requisition along with Crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) of Rs. 1050 (Rs. 700/- for SC/ST) and self-addressed envelope of 32x26 cm. till November 5 or may be downloaded . The downloaded application form must be submitted along with demand draft of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 650 for SC/ST) in favour of The Registrar, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, payable at SBI BHU Main Branch (Code No. 0211).
