Salary:

• Chief General Manager (HRM): CTC of Rs 18.20 lakhs/annum
• General Manager/ Dy. General Manager (HRM): CTC of Rs. 14.82 lakhs/annum for GM and Rs.12.56 lakhs/annum for Dy. GM
• Dy. Manager/ Sr.Officer (HRM): CTC of 8.25 lakhs/annum for Dy. Manager and CTC of Rs.6.83 lakhs/annum for Sr.Officer
• Dy. Manager/ Sr. Officer (Finance): CTC of Rs. 8.25 lakhs/annum for Dy. Manager and CTC of Rs. 6.83 lakhs/annum for Sr.Officer
• Dy.GM (Materials): CTC of Rs. 12.56 lakhs/annum
• Sr. Manager (Materials): CTC of Rs.11.10 lakhs/annum

Eligibility:

• Chief General Manger (HRM): Candidate should have a Post graduate degree/ diploma/MBA/MA/MSW with specialization in HR management, personnel management, industrial relations from Universities approved by AICTE.
• General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (HRM): Candidate should have a Post graduate degree/ diploma/MBA/MA/MSW with specialization in HR management, personnel management, industrial relations from Universities approved by AICTE.
• Dy. Manager (HRM)/Sr. Officer (HRM): Candidate should have a Post graduate degree/ diploma/MBA/MA/MSW with specialization in HR management, personnel management, industrial relations from Universities approved by AICTE.
• Dy. Manager (Finance)/ Sr. Officer (Finance): Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost and Works Accountant
• Dy. GM (Materials):
• Candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/Metallurgy/Mining/Mineral/Civil with Post graduate degree/diploma/MBA with specialization in Materials Management from AICTE approved University.
• The candidate should also have an exposure of formulating policies and procedures in Materials Management functions and be conversant with ERP (SAP) based procurement tools like SCM, SRM.
• Sr. Manager (Materials): Candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/Metallurgy/Mining/Mineral/Civil with Post graduate degree/diploma/MBA with specialization in Materials Management from AICTE approved University.

Selection Procedure:
After all the candidates send in their applications, a list of short-listed candidates will be put up on IREL website and they will be called for a written test and interview.
