Eligibility:

Planning

•    Full-time degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of planning experience in infrastructure projects.
•    Independently handled complete project planning for at least 2 to 3 projects.
•    Well-versed with tools such as MS project, Primavera etc. Specialisation. in planning will be preferred.

Quantity Survey

•    Full-time degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of quantity survey experience in infrastructure projects.
•    Independently handled quantity survey for at least 2 to 3 projects.
•    Well-versed with tools such as MS project, CalQuan. Specialisation in quantity survey will be pftlferred.

Safety

•    Full-time degree in Science/ Engineering with degree in industrial safety from a AICTE approved institute.
•    At least 3 years of experience in conducting regular safety audits, tool-box talks, and inspection of facilities, work-sites, equipment, work practices and safety devices to ensure compliance with required workplace safety standards, regulations and company policy.

Stores

•    Full-time degree with diploma in Materials Management with least 5 years of experience in Materials Management.
•    Well-versed with tools such as ERP' MS office.

Site Administration & HR

•    Full-time post graduate degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ HRD with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Infrastructure projects.
•    Handled site with 500-1000 contract personnel.
•    Well-versed with hands on experience in Labour statutory compliance, liaisoning with local administration, recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and full and final settlement.

Commercial

•    Commerce graduate with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
•    Independently handled site commercial function for at least 2 to 3 projects.
•    Well-versed with purchase orders, accounting standards, taxation and tools such as MS Office, ERP.

Work Survey Section

•    Full-time degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
•    Handled contractual correspondence and document management for at least 6 to 8 years.
•    Well-versed with contract conditions.
•    Specialisation in Contract Management or Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from NICMAR will be preferred.
