• Fellow Programme in Management: 3- 4 years (Residential)

Area of Specialization: Business Communication, Economics, Finance, Organisational Behavior, Human Resource, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations, Public Policy & Governance and strategy.
Eligibility:

• A master's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR)
• Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR)
• A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average (OR)
• 4 years / 8 semester bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average. Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply.
• For EFPM, a minimum of 10 years of managerial / executive work experience with experience at senior levels is required. The minimum age for the EFPM candidate is 35 years as on 1st January 2012.

Work Experience:

• Fellow Programme in Management: Suitable work experience desirable
• Executive Fellow Programme in Management: 10 years managerial/Executive work experience and minimum age 35 years as on January 2012.

Selection process: Candidates who have appeared/ are appearing for the CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-JRF qualified AND Interview.
