Programme: Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Agri-Business & Plantation Management 2012 – 2014 (12th Batch)
Objective of the programme: PGDM provides career opportunities and career advancement in Agri-Business, Commodity and Plantation Management.
Pedagogy: offers a range of sector-specific courses. The classroom sessions are supplemented with lecture, video, seminar, group work, role-play, cup tasting (sensory test), field & industrial visit, study abroad and guest lecture.
Duration: 24 months (Commencing July 2012)
Eligibility: Graduate including agricultural and allied disciplines with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing in final year exams are also eligible to apply.
Selection process: A valid CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ PAT (Professional Aptitude Test conducted by Institute) scores. Short listed candidates will be called for the group discussion and personal interview at Bangalore campus.
How to apply: For Prospectus and Application form, write to the ‘The Admissions Office’ along with a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.900/- (Rs.450/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates, with relevant certificates) drawn in favour of "Indian Institute of Plantation Management", payable at Bangalore
