Fellowship:

• Candidate will be given Rs 20000/- per month will be given in the first two years and Rs 20000/- per annum as contingency grant and Rs 25000/- per month for the next two years with Rs 25000/- per annum as contingency grant.
• The candidate will pursue Ph.D degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and will assist teaching for UG and PG courses.

Eligibility: Candidate should be a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication/ M.Sc (Physics/Applied Physics/ Material Science)/ M.Tech in relevant specialization with first class degree (60% marks) and have valid GATE/NET score.
