# Fellow programme in Management @ IIM Lucknow

Eligibility: 

• A Masters’ degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks 

                          OR    

• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade point average   

                              OR    

• Any professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA and CS with a minimum 55% aggregate marks.

Stipend: All FPM students are provided with a monthly stipend of Rs.20,000/- during the first two years and Rs. 24,000/- plus some financial incentives depending on their involvement in academic duties such as teaching, grading etc during the third and fourth years. Final year students are eligible to apply for the Bharti Foundation Scholarship of Rs. 4 lacs.

How to apply:  The completed application form along with a Bank Draft of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of “Indian Institute of Management Lucknow” payable at Lucknow must reach the Administrative Officer (FPM),   Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow   Prabandh Nagar, Off Sitapur Road,   LUCKNOW – 226013,  INDIA latest by 28 February 2011.
 

Selection process: 

 

• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to take Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs.  Alternatively, those who have qualified GATE, GRE, GMAT and JRF (UGC/CSIR) examinations can also apply in the relevant area of specialization. 
• Scores of any of these examinations including CAT taken during the last two years (i.e., or after 01 July, 2009) will be considered valid.  Candidates who have already obtained a two-year PGDM from any of the IIMs with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale are exempted from this requirement, and can apply directly through the prescribed Application Form. 
• Such applicants are also eligible to get a waiver of the first year course work and can directly join the second year of the programme.
• The candidates short-listed on the basis of their academic record and performance in the competitive examinations mentioned above will be called to Lucknow for a personal interview for final selection in April 2011 and the successful candidates will receive offers by mid-May 2011. Admission to the programme is open to overseas candidates including NRIs and foreign nationals.  Their admission will be based on GMAT/GRE scores obtained within previous one year.
