ICAR’s 21-day prog in Micropropagation of Horticultural crops

Venue: Centre of Plant Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, College of Horticulture, Kerala Agricultural University
Programme: ICAR Winter school on Advances in Micropropagation of Horticultural crops.
Duration: 21 days (commences December 1, 2011)
Eligibility:
  • Candidates will be chosen for the programme if they have a Masters Degree in any branch of Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology and they should not be working below the level of Scientist/ Assisstant Professor in ICARs/ SAU.
  • Scientists with Agriculture/ Natural Resources/ Horticulture/ Crop Sciences and Allied Agricultural Sciences are also encouraged to participate.
  • Only 25 participants will be chosen.
Registration Fees: Rs 50/- (to be paid along with application form in the form of postal order drawn in favour of  Professor and Head, CPBMB, payable at KAU post office.)
Travel arragements: Boarding and lodging arrangements to be provided by Kerala Agricultural University as per ICAR guidelines.

  • Forward the completed nomination form along with registration fees to competent authority of the ICAR/ SAU Institute, where you are employed.
  • Applicants may also send an advance copy, if they anticipate delay in forwarding through proper channel. However, final selection will be made only after due recommendation by the competent authority of the candidate’s institute.
