Entrance Examination fee should be paid in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of "DOEACC Society, Gorakhpur Centre”, payable at Gorakhpur.

Note: There is also an option for a candidate to enroll through self-study mode without attending regular course having eligibility criteria mentioned for different levels. These candidates could directly download registration form from website. There will be no entrance examination for direct candidates. Last date for submission of registration form is February 4, 2012.
