Means-cum-Merit Scholarship 2011 at State Council of Education Research & Training

1. National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship 2011 (NMMS):
  • Qualification: For this scholarship student must studding in 8th class in Govt/ Granted School of Haryana and must pass 7th class with minimum 55% marks (min 50% in case reserved category) from similar schools of Haryana state. Annual income of parents of student should be less than Rs 150000/-
2. Haryana State Talent Search Examination (HSTSE) 2011-12
3. Haryana Science Talent Search Scheme (HScTSS) 2011-12
  • Qualification: For (HSTSE) & (HScTSS) all those students will be eligible who are studding in class 8th in all Govt./Aided/Private/Public Schools of Haryana State. Student must pass 7th class with minimum 55% marks (min 50% in case reserved category) from similar schools of Haryana state. There is no bar on parents annual income.
Important Dates:
  • Date of Receipt of Application Forms: 01.09.2011
  • Last Date of Submission of Application Forms: 24.10.2011
  • Date of Examination: 20.11.2011 (Sunday) 11.00 am to 2.00 pm
Selection Procedure:
Written Test contains two parts:
  • Part 1: Mental Ability Test: 90 Marks
  • Part 2 : Scholastic Aptitude Test: 90 Marks
Medium of Examination:
Examination will be in Hindi and English Medium.
