Applications
are invited for the admissions of Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy as per
prospectus against 50 seats at Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College
& Hospital, Kurukshetra for the session 2011-2012.
Eligibility:
1.Minimum marks in 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Maths passed with English subject.For SC/ST it should be minimum 50% marks.
2. Haryana Domicile as per Govt. instruction.
3. Admission will be made on basis of merit of 10+2.
4.Candidates should have attained the age of 17 years before 31.12.2011
5. Application can be obtained from the office of Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College/ Hospital, Kurukshetra on payment of 250/- and 300/- by registered post from the date of advertisement.
6. The application from duly completed must reach on or before 22.11.2011 up to 5:00 pm.
7. Counseling/ Interview ( Medical & Deposition of fee also be help on 24.111.2011 at 10:00 am.
