How to apply:
- Download the prescribed format of application form from the website www.icai.org
- Alternatively forms are also available in the regional and branch offices of the Institute and can be obtained on cash payment on or from November 21, 2011
- Submit the application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs 1100/- (Rs 100/- is price of application form) to the ‘The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants India, payable at New Delhi’ through registered post/ speed post.
