Eligibility
Master’s degree with First class or equivalent throughout academic career OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 85% or equivalent throughout their academic career.
Age Limit should be below 28 years as on 20-12-2011
Applicant should be an Indian citizen.
IIST Fellowship
Candidates are eligible for Rs. 16,000/- (JRF) or Rs.18,000/-  (SRF) of fellowship per month and after two years on the basis of performance evaluation it will be revised to Rs.18,000/- (JRF) and Rs.20,000/-(SRF).
For IIST-ISRO Ph.D. the fellowship amount will be Rs.35000/-.
