NTPC seeks Scientists (research), doctors, chemist trainees

RECRUITING scientists for NTPC Energy Technology Research Alliance (NETRA) and doctors, assistant chemist trainees (ACT) for NTPC Projects / Stations.

Recruitment at: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)

Total no. of posts: 66

Following positions:

Doctor

• No. of posts: 30 (14 - General, 13 - OBC, 2 – SC, 1 – ST)
• Grade: E-2 A/ E-3
• Specialisation: Medicine,  Radiology, Orthopedics,  Pediatrics,  Surgery, Anesthesia,  ENT and Ophthalmology.
• Eligibility: MBBS degree with MD/ MS in relevant specialty for both mentioned grade and only for E2-A grade Radio-diagnosis candidates should have MBBS Degree with PG Diploma in Radiology.

Scientist

• No. of posts: 6 (3 - UR, 2 – OBC, 1 – SC)
• Grade: E-2 ‘A’ / E-3 / E-4
• Specialty: Expert in Metallurgy / Coal Characterization and Ash analysis / Coal Combustion Technology and Gasification Technology / Solar Thermal Technology
• Eligibility: Engineering graduate in relevant subject with minimum 60% marks and M.Tech in relevant subject with minimum 60% marks.
• Experience:  Must have relevant experience in the area of given specialty field.

Assistant Chemist Trainee (ACT)

• No. of posts: 30 (10 - Gen, 8 - OBC, 7 – SC, 5 – ST)
• Grade: E-1 after training
• Eligibility: Master Degree in Science in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Pay Scale for:
E-1: Rs. 20600-46500/-
E-2 A: Rs. 24900-50500/-
E-3: Rs. 29100-54500/-
E-4: Rs. 32900-58000
