• Permanent Community Certificate Card (other than OC Candidates).
• Conduct certificates (I) from the Head of the Educational Institution last attended and from the employer or responsible Officer of the Govt. or any responsible public person.
• Transfer certificate from the Educational Institution last attended.
• Present Employment certificate from head of the organization / institution
• No Objection certificate from head of the organization / institution
• State bank of India Challan for application fee.
