• Assistant Sub-Inspector - ASI (Pharmacist): 34 posts, Age: 20-28 years, Salary: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2800/-
• Assistant Sub-Inspector - ASI (Laboratory Technician): 19 posts, Age: 20-28 years, Salary: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2800/- 
• Head-Constable (Midwife): 34 posts, Age: 18-25 years, Salary: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/-

Eligibility:
Assistant Sub-Inspector - ASI (Pharmacist):

• Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with physics, chemistry and biology as subjects from a recognized Board or equivalent
• Diploma  in Pharmacy from any Central/ State Government institution or any institution recognized by the Central/ State Government.
• Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948

Assistant Sub-Inspector - ASI (Laboratory Technician):

• Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with physics, chemistry and biology as subjects from a recognized Board or equivalent
• Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution
• One year experience as Laboratory technician in medical set up.

Head-Constable (Midwife):

• Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board or equivalent
• Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery course from a recognized institution.
• Registered in Nursing Council of Central Govt. or State Govt.

Fee : Rs.50/-in form of IPO/ Bank Draft in favour of  the designated post as prescribed  in the detaild advertisement. No fee from SC/ST candidates.
