FMGE Screening Test: Enrol with Medical Council of India

FMGE Screening Test is carried out for Indian citizens who wish to get enrolled with the Medical Council of India or with any other State medical Council of India. The Screening Test Regulations Act had initiated this test. The examination is carried out two times in a year.

Eligibility:

• Candidate should be a citizen of India
• Candidate should hold a primary medical qualification (MBBS) recognized by the Govt. of the country issuing that qualification and the holder of qualification should be entitled for practice in the country.
• He/she should also have an eligibility certificate awarded by MCI (applicable for only those students who took admission abroad on or after March 15, 2002)
• Cut-off date for obtaining primary medical qualification is shall be before the conduct of exam (March 25, 2012).

Selection Procedure: An entrance test with 300 multiple-choice questions. Candidate shall be declared as having passed the examination only if he/she has attained 50% marks.

• Submit the pay challan to any Axis or Indian Bank branch.
