Position:

• Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (production): 9 posts
• Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (instrumentation): 2 posts
• Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (electrical maintenance): 13 posts
• Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (mechanical maintenance-rotary equipment): 2 posts

Eligibility:

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (production):

• Candidate should have a minimum 3 year diploma in chemical engineering or B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 60% marks along with 2 years experience of pump house, fired heater, compressor, and distillation column/reactor in a petroleum refinery, petrochemical or heavy chemical gas processing industry.
• Knowledge of safety aspects of handling petroleum and petrochemical products essential

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (instrumentation):

• Candidate should have a minimum 3 year diploma in instrumentation/industrial electronics engineering with 60% marks along with 2 years experience in maintenance of electronic instruments of a large chemical plant like petroleum refinery/ fertilizer/petrochemical complex or a large power plant.
• Knowledge of layout installation standard/cable schedule/wiring diagram/impulse piping/fluid pressure/control valve is essential.

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (electrical maintenance):

• Candidate should have a minimum 3 year diploma in electrical engineering with 60% marks along with minimum 2 years experience in operation of generator/ distribution of substation comprising both of HT & LT at 0.4 and 6.6 KV level or above, switchgears, transformers, motors, starters, etc.
• Candidate with experience of operation and maintenance of electronic telephone exchanges, electronic meters, electromagnetic/static relays, shall have added advantage.

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (mechanical maintenance-rotary equipment):

• Candidate should have a minimum 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering with 60% marks or matric with ITI in Fitter trade with minimum 60% marks along with minimum 2 years experience (for diploma holders) and 3 years experience (for ITI passouts) in mechanical maintenance of a large chemical plant like petroleum refinery/fertilizer/petrochemical complex.
• Candidate should have knowledge of rotary equipment maintenance like pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.

Age limit for all posts: Minimum: 18 years, Maximum: 26 years
 

Salary: All the above posts are in salary grade IV in pay scale of Rs 11900-32000.
