The auto generated application form and Bank paying slip are to be downloaded and their printout taken. Application fee of Rs. 250.00 to be deposited in account No. SB 53049 to- any FINACLE operated Branches of J&K Bank. The auto generated application form along with the University copy of the pay-in-slip and relevant certificates shall be received in the office of the concerned Department by or before 26th December 2011.
