Option 2: Download the PDF of the Application Form & send the filled in form along with a demand draft for Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of MITS-FET, payable at Lakshmangarh or Sikar to: Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Mody Institute of Technology and Science, Lakshmangarh, Dist. Sikar, Rajasthan 332311, India.

Option 3: Send a Demand Draft for Rs. 600/- in favour of MITS-FET (for Prospectus and Application form), payable at Lakshmangarh or Sikar along with complete postal address on a separate sheet of paper to: Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Mody Institute of Technology and Science, Lakshmangarh, Dist. Sikar, Rajasthan 332311, India.

Option 4: Obtain Prospectus and Application Form in person upon payment of Rs. 600/- in cash from FET, MITS- Lakshmangarh Office.
