Eligibility: 

Senior Resident

• Candidate should have a Post Graduate degree or Diploma with two years experience.
• He should be registered with Delhi Medical Council/Delhi Dental Council
• He should be at least 40 years of age. (Relaxable for reserved category as per Government rule) 

Junior Resident

• Candidate should have MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• He should be registered with Delhi Medical Council.
• He should be at least 40 years of age. (Relaxable for reserved category as per Government rule) 

Salary: Senior Residents - Between Rs.15, 600 and Rs.39, 100 plus grade pay Rs.6, 600 and other allowances as admissible under rules.
             Junior Residents - Between Rs.15, 600 and Rs.39, 100 plus grade pay Rs.5, 400 and other allowances as admissible under rules.

How to apply: Submit application form along with a demand draft of Rs 500 as application fee in Room No. 331, 3rd floor, Admission Block, GTB Hospital.

DEMAND DRAFT should be drawn in favour of “Medical Superintendent” G.T.B. Hospital on or after 17 September 2011 as application fee. (No fee for reserved candidates.)

Tenure: Senior Residents are appointed for maximum 3 years with initial appointment for 1 year while Junior Residents are appointed for maximum 1 years with initial appointment for 6 months.
