Programme:

• Three months' Certificate Course in 'Cross-Cultural International Management'
• Three months' Certificate Course in 'Human Resource Management Practices and Labour Laws'

Seats: 15 seats in each course (10-Open merit, 2-Industry sponsored, 3-Self financing seats)

Elgibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree of 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline from a recognized University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by University of Jammu with at least 50% of the aggregate marks;
  OR
• BE / BTech with at least 50% of the aggregate marks; OR A pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost and Works Accountants / Company Secretaries.

Selection process: Appear in Group Discussion, personal interview

How to apply: Obtain application in person from the Office of The Director, International Centre for Cross- Cultural Research and Human Resource Management (ICCCR & HRM), The Business School, University of Jammu, Jammu against bank draft for Rs.400/- in case of application for one course or Rs.500/- in case of application for two courses, drawn in favour of the Director, ICCCR & HRM, University of Jammu, Jammu, payable at Jammu.
