Stipend:

• PG in the relevant area of Science (MSc or equivalent) and NET qualified - Rs.16000 for the first two years and Rs.18000 up to 5th year
• PG in Engineering/ Technology (ME/MTech or equivalent) - Rs.18000 for the first two years and Rs.20000 during the 3rd and 4th years. No financial assistance beyond the 4th year.

Eligibility: 

• 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in ME / MTech with valid NET / SET certificate for PhD in Engineering and Master of Science with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA for PhD in Science.
• The candidates who are in the final semester of their degree are eligible to apply; provided they have secured over 60% (CGPA 6.5/10) in semesters till the final semester. Mark sheet up to the last semester should be enclosed.
• Provisional certificate in such cases along with Mark sheet of the final semester are required to be submitted before commencement of programme.
• 3% relaxation in qualification examination is applicable in case of OBC candidates and 5% for SC/ST candidates.
