Eligibility:

• M.E./M.Pharma/ MBA/ M.Phil of BITS or its equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate
• Candidates with M.Sc/ B.E./ B.Pharma or an equivalent degree with minimum 60% aggregate will also be considered for Ph.D.
• Industries and R&D organizations collaborating with BITS may sponsor candidates to work for Ph.D under ‘Aspire scheme’. Click here to view details 

Scholarship: Applicants for Ph.D programme will also be considered for research/project assistantships to the tune of Rs 10000/- to Rs 140000/- per month or more in addition to tuition fee waiver scheme. Such students will be required to participate in teaching or any other developmental programme at the institute under the guidance of mentor.

Selection procedure: The shortlisted candidates will have to go through a written test and an interview at the Pilani/Goa/Hyderabad campuses.
